InnoTab Max Download Cartridge Information

Please be advised that not all of our currently available cartridges are compatible with our Innotab Max, more information on this matter can be found here- http://www.vtech.co.uk/itmaxcompatibility
Please note that in order for our previously designed compatible cartridges to operate and be compatible with our new Innotab Max, a software patch will need to be downloaded onto your device. This should be prompted when the cartridge is inserted, and once approved, can be monitored in the progress bar above the cartridge icon on the home screen of the child area of the Innotab.
If this download does not immediately occur, then please ensure that your Innotab is running the latest version of our firmware by going to 'Parental Controls' > 'Tablet Settings' > Firmware Update'.
